Refund Policy
At ROOH, each attar is crafted with care, and we stand by the quality of our products. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged item, we are here to help.

We currently do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or personal preference. Returns and refunds are only applicable if the product is defective or arrives damaged.

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly include your order number and clear photographs of the item in question. After reviewing your request, if it qualifies, we will guide you through the return process.

The return shipping cost must be paid by the customer, and the item must be sent back to the following address:
